So Ellie got the opportunity to dance at
half time at the Jazz game. It was so fun to
get to watch her, she is getting pretty good.

started up blogging again. I decided to
go take the kids pictures like I do
every year, and they were so
cute I had to blog them.I can't
believe Halloween is tomorrow.

Jett's First Ski Day

We finally was able to get Jett up Skiing, (I know this post is very late and I have been slacking).
Jett was so excited to finally go skiing and be like his big sister. The only concern he had was "I need some ski shoes.? When we got to the lift he was rather upset that Greg took Ellie up the lift first, but was soon skiing down by himself on the first run. However he became quite bored with the bunny hill after the first run.

As you can see Jett was having more fun playing in the snow than skiing. He was especially interested in eating the snow!

Finally we was able to convince Jett to quite playing and ride up on the lift and go on the big mountain. As you all know, what gets Jett motivated is speed and danger. All of a sudden this ski thing got interesting again. It only took once and he was addicted and wanted to keep going, I think we may have 2 kids that are addicted to skiing. Looks like Dad has his work cut out!

Today is the big day Jett turned 3.

Birthday tribute to him. It seemes just

like yesterday he was still in my tummy.

He is so fun and so full of life. Here are some

Ellie's First Ski Trip!!!

Greg took Ellie Sking for the first time.

She loved every minute of it. By the second

time down the hill she would not let Greg

ski in front of her. She told him she could do

it by herself. About half way through the day

she looked around and told Greg she was

the best Skier out there. Even better then him.

We now have a little skier on our hands,

because she hasn't quit asking to go.

We may be crazy but were going to take Jett

and Ellie next week. We will report later

on how that goes.

Christmas Tree

This year we decided that the kids needed there

own tree. Greg took Ellie to the store to help pick

out the stuff. They had so much fun decorating the
tree. we strung popcorn on a string, put candy canes

on, and threw tinsil all over.

I went down stairs and Ellie was putting colored ball,

yes I said balls like the ones you jump in. they were all

over the tree. She told me Santa is going to love the

tree like this. I agreed! It was really cute.

Once There Was A Snowman

A couple of weeks ago it snowed, the minute

the kids woke up they had their snow clothes

on and were out playing in it. Poor Ellie

wanted to make a snow man. She made a snow ball

she started rolling it, she was out there for

probable ten minutes. I looked out side and it

wasn't any bigger. So I went and put my snow clothes on

and we made a snow man.

This is the finished project.

Rascal loved the snow just as much as the kids.

I took the kids out the other day and

took some pictures of them, before it got to cold.

They turned out pretty cute. Right before I took

my first picture of the kids, Jett decided to jump into a

big puddle. It's good to know I captured the true

Jett. These are a few of my favorite ones.

Having Fun in the Leaves!

Every year we get so many leaves in

our back yard. The kids wanted to jump in them,

so dad helped them rake the leaves into a big

pile. I remember doing this a a kid and having so

much fun. My kids thought it was great.

Even Rascal had fun.

Ellie's Hair Cut

I cant believe it! Ellie decided she

wanted her hair cut short. I know it's because

her best friends hair is short. Dad didn't really

approve, he thinks all girls should have

long hair (dont they all). Ellie has never had her

hair cut more than a few inches. So I thought

why not. This is Ellie befor the hair cut. Now she

is mad because she is getting her pictures taken,

not because she's getting her hair cut.

she was in hurry to go play. She looks about three

years older now. Every time I look at her I

wounder where my Ellie went.
